MP-Relocation Services was founded in Neuss in 2026 by Thomas Meyer and Riviane Costa Fontes to make the relocation and integration of international professionals and their families into the Rhineland easier and more enjoyable. We take pride in our personalized support, which covers all important areas of life.

Riviane Costa Fontes
Director Operations
As a qualified nurse with 9 years of experience in psychiatry and geriatric care, I support individuals and families with genuine empathy.
My degree in Comercio Exterior (Foreign Trade) combines medical expertise with knowledge of international trade and government procedures.
I was born and raised in Brazil, lived in Spain for 4 years and in Germany for 12 years, and hold both Brazilian and German citizenship.

Thomas Meyer
Director Sales & Administration
With over 37 years of international management experience in Europe and the U.S. (10 years at Airbus, 27 years at Deutsche Flugsicherung, and 2 years at smaller manufacturing companies in Florida, U.S.) in program management, procurement, and various international collaborations, I bring the professionalism that corporate clients expect.
I was born and raised in Hamburg, am a German citizen, have lived and studied in Miami, among other places, am familiar with international cultures and all facets of cross-cultural communication, and understand the challenges of global mobility.
